Shipping policy

Body Balms and Body Butters may melt during shipping in hotter tempertures. If this happens, leave the product  in a cool place until it hardened. The volume may be lost but NOT the benefits.

Orders are processed Monday thru Thursday. Any orders placed after Thursday, 5pm thru Sunday, will be processed on Monday, unless it falls on a holiday. 

Please note, once a tracking number has been given and your order is with USPS, Queen Royal Secrets, is no longer responsible for the delivery of your package. If you have any issues with delievery, please contact your local USPS.

 Allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.

NOTE: We have to be very cautions of the present state of things and delivery can be affected by Covid-19.
